Together, we will co-create a collaborative and warm space where we can explore issues and stressors related to relationships, work, identity, trauma, and oppression. Committing to your mental health can feel overwhelming, however therapy can help you discover your core values and how they relate to your personal history. I am committed to supporting my clients through overwhelming emotions, difficult past experiences, and inconsistent perceptions of one’s own identity.
My work is focused on promoting the mental health and well-being of adults and couples. My primary clinical focus involves working with clients who have experienced complex trauma and meet criteria for a personality disorder. However, my clinical aptitude and practice has afforded me with the capacity to work with a wide range of clients.
My approach is rooted in psychodynamic therapy and compassion-focused therapy, which helps my clients connect the present to the past to gain a newfound sense of awareness and wholeness. While I work to help clients build insight, I also blend strategies and skills that are designed case by case to give my client’s immediate relief.
Life can feel overwhelming and chaotic, but during our time together I strive to slow things down by noticing what is coming up for you so we can begin to identify different mental states and patterns of relating. Through introspection, connection, and skill-building, my clients gain a sense of awareness, purpose, and clarity which allows them to walk through life with more self-compassion and self-knowledge.
If you get the sense that you aren’t sure what the problem is, but that there must be more to life, therapy can help you uncover and resolve what is happening. It takes a lot of courage to prioritize yourself and commit to change. Together we can care for the parts of you that are struggling, while emphasizing what helps you feel stronger and more whole.

I am a Mental Health Counselor providing trauma-informed and
attachment-focused psychotherapy for individuals and couples. My work
centers on supporting clients who are navigating relationship difficulties,
communication challenges, and the impact of unresolved trauma on current
relational patterns. I aim to create a structured, safe, and collaborative
environment where clients can gain insight into their emotional experiences
and support the development of healthier relational patterns.
In my work, I integrate trauma-informed care, attachment-based therapy,
and mind–body awareness. I help clients identify emotional triggers,
understand how their nervous system responds to stress and conflict, and
develop greater clarity around their patterns of interaction. This process
allows individuals and couples to shift from reactive cycles toward more
regulated, intentional, and connected communication.
I work with clients to strengthen emotional attunement, increase relational
awareness, and foster long-term change. My goal is to support clients in
developing the skills and insight necessary to cultivate secure, resilient,
and meaningful relationships.
