Individual Therapy

From time to time, we all realize that we need some guidance. That can be anything from developing skills and tools to dealing with anxiety and stress, to digging deep into our past relationships and discovering that we were affected by traumas that hinder our general sense of wellbeing.

As we work on exploring different patterns in which you might be getting stuck in, we will also reflect and establish goals and objectives to help you move through life differently. As the integrative psychotherapy process is be based on the premise of the mind-body connection, we will pay close attention to not only how you perceive your life experiences but also how you relate to them on an emotional and body level.

From the onset, we will learn skills to help relieve anxiety and stress. We also will work in establishing a safe environment in which you will be able to focus on the internal therapeutic work we will be doing together.
